A companion meets you at the hospital or clinic you have chosen and stays with you through the visit: registration and queues, finding the right desks and rooms, going with you to the payment counter, and faithfully relaying what is said. China Assist is an independent private business. We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical care.

What we help with

• Meeting you and staying with you for a half-day or full-day outpatient visit
• Registration and queue assistance through the hospital's own real-name channels, in your name
• Finding your way, and going with you to the payment counter (you pay the hospital directly)
• Faithfully relaying what you and hospital staff say, and noting the doctor's instructions in their own words
• Checkup days (coordination and accompaniment only) and dental outpatient visits (non-medical help only)

How it works

1. Send an enquiry. No medical records or health details needed.
2. We reply with an estimate (indicative only).
3. We confirm local arrangements for your date. The earliest service date is usually about one week after your request, subject to final confirmation.
4. You receive a written quote with your final price, who is involved, and the cancellation terms.
5. You accept the quote and pay a booking payment of 20%. Your booking is then confirmed in writing.
6. Pay the balance at least 24 hours before your visit. We go with you on the day.

3. 我们为您的日期核实当地安排。最早服务日期约为一周后，以最终确认为准。
4. 您收到书面报价：写明最终价格、涉及的机构和取消条款。
5. 您接受报价并支付 20% 订金，我们随即书面确认预约。
6. 服务开始前至少 24 小时付清尾款，当天我们陪您就诊。
