Prices
One price list applies to everyone, whatever your nationality, language or how you found us. Fees are quoted and paid in US dollars (USD). All times are Beijing time (UTC+8).
Starting prices apply when
- One client, one companion, one hospital or clinic
- The hospital or clinic is in an urban district of Guangzhou or Shenzhen
- Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, excluding public holidays
- Language: English or Mandarin face-to-face; other languages with real-time translation support (confirm in your quote)
- Booked with the usual lead time (the earliest service date is usually about one week after your request)

No surcharges
Your price is set in your written quote. If you need anything outside the conditions for starting prices above, we write it into your written quote once, according to the actual arrangements, before you confirm. We never add charges during the service.
PayPal's payment processing fee is listed separately in your written quote and paid by you. It is set out once in the quote before you confirm and is never added afterwards or during the service. It is not a surcharge on our price.
If you visit a second hospital or clinic on the same day, the time travelling between them counts towards your booked hours. If you think you may need more time, tell us when you ask for a quote so we can include it.
Payee: China Assist (sole proprietor). All payments are made in US dollars through PayPal; the payment link or invoice is sent with your written quote. Only pay through the PayPal payment link or invoice in your written quote. We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account or through any other channel.
Your companion's own local transport within urban districts is included. Medical fees are never included and are always paid directly to the hospital or clinic.
We do not charge anything that is not in your written quote.

- 医院或诊所位于广州或深圳市区
- 周一至周五 08:00–18:00，法定节假日除外
- 语言：现场英语或普通话；其他语言可借助实时翻译支持（书面报价中确认）
- 正常提前期预约（最早服务日期约为一周后）

不另加价
价格以书面报价为准。起价对应的服务条件之外的需求，会在书面报价里按实际安排一次性写明，由您确认；不会在服务中追加费用。
PayPal 支付手续费在书面报价里单独列明，由您承担；在您确认报价前一次性写明，事后和服务中都不会追加。手续费不属于加价。
同日去第二家医院或诊所的，两地之间的路途时间计入预约时长。如您预计需要更长时间，请在询价时说明，我们会写进报价。
收款方：China Assist（个人经营者）。所有款项以美元通过 PayPal 支付，付款链接或发票随书面报价发出。请只通过书面报价里的 PayPal 付款链接或发票付款；我们不会要求您转账到个人账户或通过其他任何渠道付款。
陪同员本人在市区内的交通费已包含在服务费内。医疗费从不包含在内，一律由您直接付给医院或诊所。
书面报价中未列明的费用，我们一律不收取。
