We're not taking deposits or payments yet. Requesting a quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Our deposit and cancellation terms will be shown in full on this page, and in your written quote, before bookings open.

Nothing is charged until you accept a written quote. If we can't confirm the arrangements needed for your visit, we'll tell you as soon as we know and refund everything you've paid, including any deposit, in full.

In an emergency in mainland China, call 120. We are not an emergency service. China Assist is independent. We're not a hospital and we don't provide medical care.
