How it works
You only pay once you have a written quote you're happy with. All times are Beijing time (UTC+8).

| 1. Enquiry | Tell us your city, preferred dates, language and the type of help you need (for example, a half-day visit). Please don't send medical records, test results, ID documents or details of your condition. | No |
| 2. Estimate | We reply with an indicative price calculated from our published price list. An estimate is indicative only and is not an offer. | No |
| 3. We check arrangements | Before we send a binding quote, we confirm the local arrangements needed for your date. The earliest service date is usually about one week after your request, subject to final confirmation. | No |
| 4. Written quote | Your final price in USD, calculated from our published price list; what is and isn't included; the name, business address and public contact details of any organisation that will provide part of your service or receive your personal information; and the cancellation terms, shown in bold. The quote is valid until the date shown, and at the latest until 72 hours before the start time. | No |
| 5. Accept and pay the booking payment | Accept the quote in writing within its validity period and pay the booking payment (20% of the quote). Your booking is confirmed when we receive it, and we confirm in writing. | 20% |
| 6. Balance | Pay the balance at least 24 hours before the start time. | 80% |
| 7. On the day | Your companion meets you, stays with you through the visit, relays what is said faithfully and notes the doctor's instructions in their own words. You pay all medical fees directly to the hospital or clinic. | Medical fees go to the hospital only |

We only accept payment to the payee named in your written quote, China Assist (sole proprietor), through the channel named there. We will never ask you to pay anyone else.
