Privacy and data notice
Short version (shown next to every enquiry channel): To answer an enquiry we only need your name, a way to contact you, your city, preferred dates, language and the type of help you want (for example, a half-day visit). Please don't send medical records, test results, ID documents or details of your condition. See the full notice below.
1. Who we are
China Assist is run by a sole proprietor, who provides companion and appointment-coordination services in a personal capacity. 2. What we collect, and when

3. Who we share it with
We share your details only with organisations named in your written quote, only what they need for your visit, and only with your separate consent. You can contact them directly at any time. We never sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing without your consent.

Cross-border notice: our website platform, WhatsApp, Gmail (Google) and PayPal are based outside mainland China, so information you send through them (including your payment details on PayPal) may be processed outside mainland China. That is why we don't collect any health information through this website or WhatsApp. Please don't send medical records, test results, ID documents or any health information on WhatsApp. If something like this is needed for your visit, we'll tell you separately how to submit it safely.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become bookings: deleted within 90 days
- Service notes that include health-related details: deleted within 30 days after your visit
- Consent records: kept for at least 3 years
- Payment and invoice records: kept as long as the law requires
6. Children
- For anyone under 14, we only accept enquiries and bookings from a parent or legal guardian, with the guardian's separate consent, and the guardian must be present at the visit.
- For anyone aged 14 to 17, we ask for a parent's or guardian's consent.
7. Your choices

三、我们与谁共享
我们只与您书面报价中写明的机构共享您的信息，只提供这次就诊所需的部分，并且事先取得您的单独同意。您随时可以直接联系这些机构。我们从不出售您的个人信息；未经您同意，也不会向您发送营销信息。

出境提示：本网站平台、WhatsApp、Gmail（Google）和 PayPal 均位于中国大陆境外，您通过它们发送的信息（包括在 PayPal 上的付款信息）可能在境外处理。因此我们不通过本网站或 WhatsApp 收集任何健康信息。请不要通过 WhatsApp 发送病历、检查报告、身份证件或任何健康信息；如这次就诊确有需要，我们会另行告知安全的提交方式。
五、保存多久
- 未成交的询价：90 日内删除
- 含健康相关信息的服务记录：服务结束后 30 日内删除
- 同意记录：至少保存 3 年
- 收付款和发票记录：按法律要求的期限保存
六、未成年人
- 不满 14 周岁的，只接受其父母或其他监护人提出的询价和预约，须取得监护人的单独同意，且监护人须到场陪同。
- 14 至 17 周岁的，须取得父母或其他监护人的同意。
七、您的权利
